Happy Memorial Day, everyone!
I guess this means its time to get the grill out of the storage shed, and throw on a couple of ribeyes, maybe a hamburger or 3. I LOVE summer:) I can always find a way to cool off when the weather is hot, but for the life of me, I can't stay warm in the wintertime. I should move to Key West or someplace like that, maybe. I do like Jimmy Buffett music too, so thats one more reason to head south..Maybe thats where I'll retire to, some day...
Mom is doing well now that she's home from the hospital since Friday. Dad and I have been getting re-certified at cooking, so far we haven't burned anything. And if we did, we'd just call it Cajun style;)
