What an awesome day

today was for me and my family. I hosted about 30-35 family members, from my parents to aunts, uncles, cousins and their kids, to even a few non-relatives, but still great friends. I don't know of many other families who have such a closeness and love for one another, outside of immediate family. I am so blessed, and rich far beyond what I could ever deserve. I think the oldest there today was 76, and the youngest was 4. I took many pictures which will be treasured memories for the future. However, I do need to spend more time learning how to operate my camcorder. Missed recording half of the great singing by my cousin Ashley, when I failed to press the REC button. Doh!

Is there such a thing as "bloggers block"?..I have heard of "writers block", maybe its in the same family of diseases....things that make you go hmmmmm.....

It is amazing how little there is on tv of any interest. Maybe this is another thing I like about working night shift, hmmmm..This week, I have been using vacation time. Trying to maintain the same sleep patterns when you are off work, its a challenge. I have done housecleaning until I'm sick of it. OK so it doesn't take much, lol.. Now for my next project, get all the guns out and give them a good cleaning.
