Boy am I glad I work nights. It was just about 2 degrees short of boiling in the warehouse last night. I can hardly imagine how miserable it must have been during the day shift. Well, it is August after all. Todays high temp is supposed to be 97, with heat index of 105. Tomorrow, 98. And then to top it off, Fridays high temp ...101, heat index 110. Hurray! We have finally broken into the 100s... Gotta love it, makes me wish I had a fire hydrant to open up. Apparently, the heat didn't keep folks from voting, as it was a very good turnout for election day.

oooh! it was hot here today too, glenn! the sun even stayed out for swimming. i never thought about your warehouse getting hot in this heat! on that note... keep your cool, catch you later.
